Local Bookkeeper admitted to practice before the IRS

May 1, 1007 -- Susan Beckman AKA Jake, accountant and managing member of Art and Business Consulting LLC, is now enrolled to practice before the IRS.  Her Certificate of Enrollment came in the mail today.   She can represent you!

Jake has owned and operated her business for 11 years, helping small business owners manage their financial records. Before that she worked as a nuclear physicist after graduating from Arizona State University with a Masters in that field. She also graduated from Universal Accounting Center's Professional Bookkeeper Program, Universal Accounting's Professional Tax Preparer Program and received both her Professional Bookkeeper and Professional Tax Preparers' certifications. In addition she has also obtained her Certified Bookkeeper designation from the American Institute of Bookkeepers.

Along with bookkeeping services, Beckman is now available for tax planning and other tax services including representation, as well as business valuations, and business consulting.

Beckman has lived in the valley for 21 years attending Arizona State University and working. She obtained her bachelors, honors and master's degrees in physics. Although she is not a valley native, she move to Phoenix more than 20 years ago to be closer to her future and current husband. She loves the community and looks forward to serving local businesses.
